In a significant development for our Middle East operations, Aero Technics FZCO has received certification as a Kannad Approved Battery Replacement Center from Safran Electronics & Defense Beacons SAS. The certification (KABRC-5114) authorises our Dubai facility to perform Programming and Maintenance (Level 2) on a comprehensive range of Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT) systems.
This validation from Safran expands our technical capabilities across several key ELT product lines:
* 3-Frequency ELTs (CMM 25-63-05)
* Compact ELTs (CMM 25-63-07)
* ATP systems (CMM 25-63-02, Maintenance Only)
* Integra ELTs (CMM 25-63-08)
* Associated Accessories (ACMM 25-63-4X)
The certification reinforces our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in aviation safety equipment maintenance. It requires strict adherence to maintenance procedures, exclusive use of KANNAD original spare parts, and compliance with Kannad ELT maintenance policy regarding training, certification, and equipment requirements.
This achievement aligns with SK AeroSafety Group’s ongoing expansion of capabilities across our global network. Our Dubai facility, strategically located at Dubai International Airport Free Zone, continues to strengthen its position as a key service center for aviation safety equipment in the Middle East region.
