The new facility, spanning 8,000 square feet, sits just ten miles from our existing location, creating a powerful operational hub that nearly doubles our previous workspace. The decision to expand comes at a critical time in the aviation maintenance landscape. With growing inflation and increasingly complex electrical systems in modern aircraft, we recognized the need to enhance our capabilities and provide more comprehensive services to our clients. Our new facility is specifically designed to address these challenges, with dedicated spaces for inflation and electrical departments that allow for more efficient and simultaneous maintenance operations.
We are particularly excited about the expanded service offerings that this new facility enables. Avia Technique Asia can now provide specialized maintenance for B737 CL/NG/MAX slides and A320 Family slides, backed by our EASA release certificate for ELT programming. This expansion represents a significant leap in our technical capabilities, allowing us to serve a broader range of aircraft and meet the increasingly sophisticated needs of airlines and aviation operators.
