Ben Te Beek
Chief Executive Officer

Ben joined SK AeroSafety Group in 2014 after having worked for 8 years at Stork at various divisions in both the Netherlands and the USA. The first 10 years with the SK AeroSafety group Ben acted as CFO after which he transitioned to the CEO position in 2024.

Chris Wright
Chief Commercial Officer
SK AeroSafety Group

Joined SK AeroSafety in 2012. Chris started his career in the Royal Air Force before moving into commercial aerospace where he has over 34 years experience, successfully founding and operating multiple aviation distribution and service companies.  In 2024 Chris handed over the CEO position to Ben te Beek moving into a strategic role focusing on M&A and commercial activity.

Matthijs Oehlen
Chief Financial Officer

Matthijs joined the team in 2025 from the Flora Food Group, where he held senior financial leadership roles. With over two decades of international experience, he has successfully led complex transformations, driven growth, and built high-performing multicultural teams across Europe, the U.S., and Asia. Matthijs is responsible for all Financial matters for the group.

Thomas McLaughlin
President/CEO Americas

Tom has a lifelong career in Aviation starting out within the airlines, later on moving into MRO and joining the SK AeroSafety group in 2024. Tom is responsible for all business in the Americas.

Dominik Wiener Silva
President/CEO Europe
SK Aerosafety Group

Dominik began his aviation industry career over 25 years ago and has held executive leadership positions with major industry players including Lufthansa Technik, SIA Engineering, and AirFrance KLM Group. His professional journey has seen him making impactful contributions across Europe and the Asia Pacific region. In 2025, Dominik joined SK AeroSafety Group, taking on the responsibility for overseeing all business operations in Europe.
