Ben joined SK AeroSafety Group in 2014 after having worked for 8 years at Stork at various divisions in both the Netherlands and the USA. The first 10 years with the SK AeroSafety group Ben acted as CFO after which he transitioned to the CEO position in 2024.
Joined SK AeroSafety in 2012. Chris started his career in the Royal Air Force before moving into commercial aerospace where he has over 34 years experience, successfully founding and operating multiple aviation distribution and service companies. In 2024 Chris handed over the CEO position to Ben te Beek moving into a strategic role focusing on M&A and commercial activity.
Matthijs joined the team in 2025 from the Flora Food Group, where he held senior financial leadership roles. With over two decades of international experience, he has successfully led complex transformations, driven growth, and built high-performing multicultural teams across Europe, the U.S., and Asia. Matthijs is responsible for all Financial matters for the group.
Tom McLaughlin is a seasoned aviation executive, business leader, with a career that spans over 4 decades. His journey began on the front lines of the aviation industry, working as a baggage handler for the airlines before steadily advancing through leadership roles, moving into the MRO world and eventually landing with the SK AeroSafety Group in 2024 as President and CEO Americas. Throughout his career, Tom has led teams, navigated industry challenges, and championed a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
